Red Velvet Brookie: White chocolate (27.1%) (whole MILK powder, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), butter (MILK,salt), plain flour (GLUTEN), EGG, caster sugar, dark chocolate (56.9%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), cream (MILK, stabilizer: E407, emulsifier: E472b), light brown sugar, granulated sugar, gluten free flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, red food colouring (humectant: E422, water, thickener: E551, colour: E124, E129), baking powder (wheat starch, E500,E450), bicarbonate of soda: sodium bicarbonate), sea salt.
A crunchy Biscoff base adds an extra dimension to our S’mores brownie. This is topped with fudgey brownie and plenty of toasted marshmallows.
