Our brownies are not suitable for people with severe allergies. We are unable to customise the ingredients of the brownies.

Our brownies are not suitable for anyone with a nut allergy (regardless of severity) due to the fact that we handle nuts in our baking environment.

We send out our brownies by post via Royal Mail’s next day delivery service. Your brownies should be  delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. However for special occasions, please choose a dispatch date 48 hours before intended arrival date to allow for occasional fluctuations in the Royal Mail service. You will get text/ email notifications from them on the day of delivery.

Our purchase notifications are automated. If you’ve checked your spam/ junk folders and haven’t received a notification, please contact us at info@brownieandthebean.com to verify.

If you’d like to buy our brownies and live near our HQ, please contact us at info@brownieandthebean.com to find details of your options. We may have a stockist close by or an event which may be useful.

If you wish to amend your order once ordered, please contact us immediately via info@brownieandthebean.com and we will do our best to accommodate (if your order hasn’t already been baked).

We deliver our brownies and fudge by post to the UK only.
