We are so grateful to have such a wonderful team of chore staff in the bakery, creating the most delicious treats for your eating pleasure.
When people compare our products to that of a supermarket, it breaks my heart a little. Everything you see is handcrafted. Even down to the thousands of oranges and lemons zested and juiced. It’s impossible to compare the work of human hands, to that of machinery and the quality proves it.
Their hard work, creative genius and vision, paired with our locally sourced, high quality ingredients speaks volumes and we are so proud of this.
Over the years we’ve been encouraged to automate processes and find shortcuts, but you don’t have the control and quality of ingredients.
Luxury handcrafted cakes and bakes are what we do and we’re sticking to that!
As it’s Meet the Maker March, I can’t let it pass without also saying a huge thank you to Brownie’s Angels who are the makers of your delicious hot drinks at our summer festivals. You will be seeing more of them this year. Rumour has it that the Brownie Sundaes will also be back (and better than ever). Whoops I’ve said too much already! 😘
And also a huge thank you to our all year round Elves that pop in and out in our peak periods and really sort us all out. Your help is very much appreciated. Thanks for keeping us organised and on track with our seasonal orders.
