Great new products from our wholesale bakery!

We are so excited to tell you that we’ve recently launched 3 brand new products from our wholesale bakery that have been a HUGE success!

First up is:

1. Our delicious Granola Bar. There are Granola Bars and then there are Bean Daddy’s Granola Bars! He created this recipe due to demand from our wholesale customers and we love it! What gives it that certain Bean Daddy “spin” is that you’ll find sour cherries inside them. Phwoar, delicious! You can buy these in multiples of 32 and they’ve already been flying off of the shelves!
2. Our Persian Love Cake. Bean Daddy is not a fan of gimmicky cakes. He loves to pour his time and attention into discovering new ways to create a spin on classics. For this recipe, he uses rose water, edible rose petals and a whole lot of citrus fruit to create this powerful flavour!
3. Red Velvet Cake. It has taken me YEARS to get him to finally agree to make this cake for our wholesale customers. Back when we first met, Bean Daddy would make this and Chocolate Guinness Cakes for me most weekends (he’s a feeder), but he didn’t feel that a Red Velvet Cake was enough of a showstopper to add to our collection. Boy was he WRONG! We launched this cake a few weeks ago and it’s been so popular, we keep running out of buttermilk! For this recipe, we have tried to use as many local producers that we can. Our Buttermilk comes from Fen Farm Dairy (up the road from us). We use apple cider vinegar from Aspalls (Suffolk business). Not to mention our eggs, sugar and flour which are all within Suffolk and Norfolk. Bean Daddy grew up on a dairy farm, so of course he’d only use British butter!
