Here at Brownie and the Bean Bakery, we are absolutely passionate about the art of creating your brownies and blondies. We prioritise local ingredients including fresh eggs from our local farm, flour made with Norfolk grown wheat, sugar made locally in Bury St Edmunds, British butter, and ethical chocolate produced in the UK. Wherever possible, we source local fruit and forage for ingredients. Almost all of the ingredients used will have been handcrafted at our family bakery. From the nougat to the fudge, caramels, shortbread and pralines, I think you’ll agree that this is the best brownie delivery by post UK wide!
Our classic selection of brownies is lovingly handmade in our Suffolk bakery. We use ethically sourced, British made chocolate to make the fudgiest most flavoursome brownies out there. Each Mixed Box comes with 6 flavours inside:
Our signature brownie made to an old family recipe with chunks of white and milk chocolate and a white, milk and dark chocolate drizzle. Allergens: milk and eggs.
A malt flavoured blondie with milk chocolate, malted milk biscuits and a malt chocolate ganache. Allergens: milk, wheat, barley, gluten and eggs.
Our classic brownie base topped with a thick layer of handcrafted caramel and a dark chocolate and caramel chocolate finish. Allergens: milk, soya and eggs.
Our handmade salted chocolate fudge is combined with pretzels, milk chocolate chunks and salted peanuts, folded into our rich brownie batter. Allergens: milk, wheat, barley, nuts (PEANUTS) and eggs.
Our beautifully handcrafted raspberry caramel is combined with milk, white and ruby chocolate chips. Allergens: milk, soya and eggs.
A cardamom and rose water infused blondie batter is further inhanced with orange and lemon zest, ground almonds, white chocolate and pistachios, finished with a drizzle of lemon and rosewater icing, chopped toasted pistachios and rose petals, heaven… Allergens: milk, gluten, wheat, eggs and nuts (PISTACHIOS, ALMONDS).
