Here at Brownie and the Bean Bakery, we are absolutely passionate about the art of creating your brownies and blondies. We prioritise local ingredients including fresh eggs from our local farm, flour made with Norfolk grown wheat, sugar made locally in Bury St Edmunds, British butter, and ethical chocolate produced in the UK. Wherever possible, we source local fruit and forage for ingredients. Almost all of the ingredients used will have been handcrafted at our family bakery. From the nougat to the fudge, caramels and pralines, I think you’ll agree that this is the best brownie subscription on the planet!
