Important information

Carriage:

Please double check that the delivery information you’ve given us is correct at checkout. We cannot accept any liability for incorrect/ incomplete addresses. If a delivery attempt is made from an incorrect/ incomplete address, further delivery attempts will not be made.

Our couriers are instructed to leave your parcels in a safe place if the recipient isn’t in. Wherever possible, please ensure you/ your recipient is in on the day of delivery.

Our courier (APC) will contact you via text and email during the day of delivery to give updates. Please make sure you give us your mobile number at checkout in order to receive text messages.

Parcels are sent via a 24 hour courier service, therefore your gifts will arrive the day after your dispatch date.

Please check your junk/ spam folder after ordering and check through the details on your order carefully.

Allergens:

Although every care goes into ensuring no cross contamination, we do handle allergens in the environment, therefore if the allergy/ disease/ intolerance is severe, our products are not suitable. If you’re at all concerned, please feel free to get in touch via info@brownieandthebean.com.
