In 2017, we left behind city life in London for the slower pace of the Norfolk/Suffolk borders. With a shared passion for food and craft, we (Charlotte and Luke) set out to build something meaningful: a small family business rooted in quality, simplicity, and tradition.

The inspiration came from a family recipe, Luke’s mother’s much-loved brownies. We began with a mobile café, converting a vintage horse trailer into a fully functioning cafe on wheels. By 2019, we were travelling across East Anglia, sharing our signature brownies and hot drinks with local markets and events.

When the world changed in 2020, so did we. We closed the trailer and returned to the kitchen, expanding our range and offering local doorstep deliveries. The response was overwhelmingly positive, leading us to take the next step: offering brownie deliveries by post across the UK.

Today, along with our wonderful team of bakers, we continue to bake each batch by hand, sending our brownies and sweet treats to homes and businesses nationwide. What began with one recipe has grown into a carefully curated collection of cookies, cakes, traybakes, and seasonal goods, including our secret family recipe Christmas Cake.

Our bakes are rooted in traditional techniques and made in small batches, using responsibly sourced ingredients from local producers: eggs from a nearby farm, Norfolk grown flour, sugar from Bury St Edmunds and British butter, and ethically sourced chocolate, produced chocolate in the UK. Wherever possible, we grow or forage the fruits used in our jams and toppings.

We’re committed to reducing our impact on the environment. Our packaging is recyclable, and often compostable, with sustainability guiding every part of our process.

Today, our family-run Suffolk bakery supplies individuals, retailers, businesses and event organisers throughout the country. We also provide bespoke, branded services for corporate gifting, weddings, and celebrations.

As we grow, we remain true to our values: craftsmanship, care, and flavour at the forefront of everything we do.
