Running a small family bakery in Suffolk hasn’t always been smooth. In the early days, we ran a mobile café from a horse trailer. Let’s just say Bean Daddy had a few accidents involving missing body parts (don’t worry, not him, the trailer!). We also chat about the brownie experiments that didn’t quite make it to our menu.

What drives us every single day is our passion for baking and the family we’ve created with our team. We pour heart and soul into every loaf, cake, and brownie. Our story is full of local flavour, family spirit, and a lot mishaps.
