An allergen free brownie?

This particular type of brownie has been on our minds for many years, but we’re really pleased to be able to say that we now have a brownie baked free of all 14 major allergens! And despite what you may be thinking, it actually tastes like a brownie.

The reason we’ve taken so long to develop this is because we didn’t want to create something for the sake of it. It HAD to look, taste and feel like a brownie. It needed to be fudgey and dense with a rich chocolatey flavour and we’ve smashed it!

Whilst we don’t bake in a certified allergen free kitchen and handle all allergens in the baking environment, this allergen free brownie is a HUGE leap forward for us.

We want everyone to enjoy what we do and we’re most definitely on our way!
