It was World Chocolate Day 2023 last Friday and we did everything we possibly could to celebrate. That meant oodles of chocolate being stirred, dripped and consumed!

Here at Brownie and the Bean HQ, we are a HUGE fan of the good stuff. Our cocoa comes from Luker and our chocolate is from Callebaut. Both the chocolate and the cocoa we buy for our brownies is ethically sourced. This is a very important and key factor for us as a business.

We firmly believe that the secret to our delicious tasting brownies lies in the quality of the chocolate we use. Using cheaper brands of chocolate doesn’t have the same luxurious taste.

Everyone in our family loves dark chocolate, so we keep a commercial sized sack of dark chocolate in our family kitchen- whoops!
