Brownies for Easter: Scotch Egg Brownie Sell Out

They came, the conquered, they sold out! The Scotch Egg Brownie is one of our special brownies for Easter. We generally launch them towards the end of February and sell them until we can’t make them fast enough!

This year we did a small batch to kick start the season and they sold out in a week.

What’s all the fuss about?

If you’ve never had a Scotch Egg Brownie before, you’re missing out! They’re Cadbury Creme Eggs, wrapped in brownies and coated in a layer of Lotus Biscoff Crumbs. Don’t like Creme Eggs? No problem, neither do I! There’s something about the combination of marrying the brownies with the creme eggs that makes them utterly irresistible. If you handed me a Creme Egg on it’s own, I genuinely wouldn’t be able to stomach the sickly fondant inner… But with a brownie, it’s a whole new ball game!

When we used to do markets we’d get lots of eager customers curious to test the waters. Every single one of them became repeat customers eventually.

When are we planning to restock?
