We always find there’s a huge spike in brownie gifting around January. We know, it totally bucks the trend, but we always have a busy start to the year. Some people are doing Dry January and need a reward. Others are gifting for January birthdays (which are notoriously difficult). Some people are sending random acts of kindness to cheer people up from the grey weather. Others are giving staff appreciation gifts and pick-me ups after a busy year.
Whatever reason you’re gifting for, here’s everything you need to know.
Buying brownies online: FAQs
I’m not sure if my recipient will like the Mixed Box, can I choose the flavours?
You absolutely can with our Create Your Own Box tool! There are 6 flavours to choose from and you can choose whatever brownie combination you like!
If I order today, when will it arrive?
All our online brownies come with free next day delivery as standard. You are also free to choose a date in advance. Our calendar allows you to buy up to 6 months in advance. Our postal brownies are delivered via Royal Mail and are all posted with Tracked 24.
My recipient has an allergy. Can you accommodate?
We cannot accommodate severe allergies and intolerances. We go to every effort to ensure there’s no cross contamination, but it’s not worth taking a risk. If you’re at all concerned, please email or call us and we’ll take you through your options.
I’d like vegan or vegetarian brownies, do you offer them?
The majority of our brownies are vegetarian (with the exception of S’mores which we release in November). If you’re looking for vegan brownies, please give us an email or call and we will let you know if we have them in stock.
Do you do gluten free brownies?
The majority of our brownies are made without gluten, however some of the flavours have elements such as shortbread which aren’t gluten free. We sell a without gluten brownie box.
Please note that if the allergy is severe, these brownies will not be suitable as we do handle gluten in the baking environment.
Do you do nut free brownies?
We have some brownies which are made without nuts, however we handle all nuts in the baking environment. If the allergy is sever, please don’t take a risk. Contact us on the links above to discuss.
I need brownies for a specific day, can you guarantee delivery?
Currently we post all our brownies using Royal Mail Track 24, but if you have a special day in mind and would like more reassurance, we can look into upgrading your postage. Additional costs may apply.
I want to send brownies next month, what are the flavours?
We change the flavours every single month to keep them seasonal. Please contact us if you’d like to find out what is coming up next!
If I order brownies online, how long do I have to eat them?
Our brownies have an excellent shelf life. After opening, please put your brownies in an airtight container in the fridge and you’ll be able to enjoy them for 14 days (if you can wait that long).
How far in advance can I order?
You can order your brownies online up to 6 months in advance.
