Dessert catering with a difference!

This isn’t just any old pop-up, this is a Brownie and the Bean pop-up!

About 6 weeks ago, we were absolutely THRILLED to get an email from a customer looking for us to do the dessert catering for his event. It was a surprise, 80’s themed party and had our name written all over it!

We worked really hard with the host to tailor the pop-up for the occasion. This included providing branded pots to personalise the party and closing the perfect menu for the guests.

The hosts are fans of our brownies, but as it was a family event, we wanted to make sure the kids had something just for them. We created a white chocolate confetti blondie that was bright coloured and perfect for the 80’s theme.

We arrived at 1.30pm to get set up. To our surprise, there was a whole host of fun activities planned for this party. Cocktail bar, prosecco bar and paella cooked live. I was in heaven and then the DJ started spinning some amazing dance tunes on the decks and it was hard not to get in the party mood!

Amongst our set up we had ice cream from Suffolk Meadow, Triple Chocolate brownies, White Chocolate Funfetti brownies, Fudge sauce, Salted Caramel sauce and all the sprinkles! Not to mention some gorgeous sparkly cake toppers we bought to theme the evening.

Who doesn’t love brownies and ice cream by the pool?

The setting of the party was delightful. There was a pool, bar and acres of land to look out to. The hosts of this party had thought of absolutely every little detail. It truly was the most magical afternoon and we were so happy to be a part of it.
